摘要
以ZL114A合金舱段壳体铸件为研究对象,对其铸造工艺进行设计,并通过相关的数值模拟和工艺试验分析,确定了局部激冷及较高压差下凝固的舱段壳体低压铸件工艺方案和工艺参数。对低压铸造成形ZL114A合金舱段壳体铸件的窗口部位进行剖切取样测试分析,发现经固溶和双级时效处理后,其抗拉强度为349 MPa,屈服强度为288 MPa,伸长率为7.7%,达到了设计要求。
The casting scheme of ZL114 Aalloy cylindrical shell castings was designed according to the properties of alloy and the structural characteristic.The optimized process scheme and parameters of cabin shell was provided with local chilling and a higher pressure difference by related numerical simulation and process test analysis.The window position of the ZL114 Ahousing under low pressure casting was analyzed.The results reveal that after solid solution and dual-aging treatment,tensile strength,yield strength and elongation reach 349 MPa,288 MPa and 7.7%,respectively,meeting the design requirements.
