摘要
通过拉伸性能测试,光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察,X射线衍射物相分析,研究了分级固溶对ZL114A铝合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,300℃×1 h+450℃×1 h+535℃×12 h分级固溶处理及175℃×6 h时效后的ZL114A铝合金试样的屈服强度σ_b=335 MPa,伸长率δ=5.0%,共晶Si大部分转化为颗粒状,Mg_2Si溶解充分,具有良好的塑性,且晶粒细小,固溶效果良好,各相分布也相对均匀。
The effects of progressive solution treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL114A aluminum alloy were investigated by tensile tests,OM,SEM,XRD.The results show that the mechanical properties of ZL114A aluminum alloys have reached at σ_b=335 MPa,δ=5.0% after the progressive solution treatment(300 ℃,1 h + 450 ℃,1 h + 535 ℃,12 h) and aging process(175 ℃,6 h),most of the eutectic Si has changed into granular ones,Mg_2 Si is totally dissolved,the alloys have a good plasticity and fine grain size,the effects of solid solution are fine and phases distribution are uniform..
