摘要
冀资麦3号是以漯珍一号为母本、藁8901为父本,通过人工杂交,采用系谱法选育而成的黑小麦新种质。其籽粒蛋白质含量为16.5%,湿面筋含量为37.5%,吸水量为62%,面团稳定时间为9.0 min。突出特点是富含矿质元素和氨基酸,硒含量为123.74μg/kg,镁含量为1 428.96 mg/kg,钙含量为441.95 mg/kg。2007~2009年3 a产量比较试验,平均产量为6 048.3 kg/hm^2。
Jizimai No.3 is a new black wheat variety,which was derived from Luozhenyihao(female parent) ×Gao 8901(male parent) through artificial hybridization. The grain protein content was 16.5%, the wet gluten content was 37.5%,the water absorption was 62%,and the dough stability time was 9.0 min. The outstanding characteristic of this variety was rich in mineral elements and amino acids. The contents of selenium,magnesium and calcium were 123.74 μg/kg,1 428.96 mg/kg and 441.95 mg/kg,respectively. From 2007 to 2009,the average yield of 3 years was 6 048.3 kg/hm^2.
