摘要
报告1例康复医学科重型颅脑损伤后吞咽障碍患者的护理体会。护理要点包括:吞咽障碍的早期识别和评估、意识认知功能的评估、冷热交替冲洗式口腔护理、间歇性经口至食管管饲、冰刺激、摄食训练。经过综合护理和吞咽康复训练,患者吞咽功能恢复正常。
This paper reports the nursing experience of a patient with dysphagia after severe traumatic brain injury in the Department of Rehabilitation.Nursing points include:early recognition and evaluation of dysphagia,evaluation of consciousness and cognitive function,oral care of alternating cold and hot flushing,intermittent oral to esophageal feeding,ice stimulation,and feeding training.After comprehensive nursing and swallowing rehabilitation training,the patient's swallowing function returned to normal.
