纳米TiO_2对涂料性能及VOCs释放的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为研究不同添加量的纳米TiO_2对涂料漆膜质量、挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)释放的影响,采用超声共混法向涂料中添加涂料成膜物质质量0.05%、0.10%、0.30%、0.50%的纳米TiO_2,将改性后的涂料均匀涂在基材上,按照相关国家标准测试改性涂料漆膜的耐磨性、漆膜硬度、涂层附着力和涂料VOCs的释放量。结果表明:纳米TiO_2可增强涂料漆膜的耐磨性,增强作用随着纳米TiO_2添加量的增加而增强;纳米TiO_2可提高涂料漆膜的硬度和附着力,但与纳米TiO_2添加量并非简单的正比关系。在紫外光照射时,纳米TiO_2会增加涂料在释放初期VOCs的释放量,添加量为0.10%的纳米TiO_2影响最为明显,极大地促进了芳香烃类、酯类、萜烯类、醛酮类物质的降解释放。结合添加不同量纳米TiO_2对涂料漆膜质量(漆膜耐磨性、漆膜硬度、涂层附着力)、VOCs释放的影响以及经济性等,认为纳米TiO_2添加量为0.30%对水性漆、硝基漆改性较为适宜,添加量为0.10%对聚氨酯漆的性能提高较好。 The experiment was conducted to study the effect of different amounts of nano-TiO2 on coating's film quality and emission of volatile organic compounds( VOCs). Ultrasonic blending method was used to add nanometer-TiO2 with 0. 05%,0.10%,0.30%,and 0.50% specific gravity of coating film-forming material respectively to coating to make modified coating,and the modified coating was evenly coated on backing. According to the National standards,the paint film wear resistance,film hardness,coating adhesion and emission of VOCs of modified coatings were tested. The nano-TiO2 enhanced the film wear resistance,which was proportional to the addition amount of nano-TiO2; Nano-TiO2 improved the hardness and adhesion of the paint film,but the hardness and adhesion of the paint film were not proportional to the amount of nanoTiO2 added; Nano-TiO2 increased the emission amount of volatile organic compounds from coatings at the initial release when induced by UV light,among them,adding 0.10% nano-TiO2 produced the most obvious effect,which greatly promoted the emission amount of aromatic hydrocarbons,esters,terpenes,and aldehydes ketones. Based on the experimental results of this paper,and taking the economic factors into account,it is concluded that the addition of nano TiO2 to 0.30% is more suitable for waterborne lacquer and nitrocellulose paint,and the performance of polyurethane paint with 0.1% addition is excellent.
