摘要
为研究稀释剂种类对聚氨酯漆膜性能和漆饰刨花板苯系物释放的影响,本文选用两种溶剂(乙酸乙酯、工业混合溶剂)配制PU漆稀释剂,以PU漆涂饰的薄木贴面刨花板为研究对象,使用小型环境舱模拟室内环境,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析漆饰刨花板释放的苯系物组分,依据污染指数评价模型测评两种涂饰条件下的室内空气质量,分析稀释剂种类对漆饰板材苯系物释放的影响,并进行漆膜性能检测分析。结果表明:在模拟单独使用刨花板家具的室内条件下,使用混合溶剂作稀释剂涂饰板材释放苯系物为14种,总浓度达257.55μg/m 3,VOCs和苯系物污染指数均超标。使用乙酸乙酯作稀释剂涂饰板材释放苯系物种类降至10种,总浓度为130.4μg/m 3,总污染指数达标,漆膜附着力和耐碱性优于混合溶剂。为此得到结论为:使用乙酸乙酯作稀释剂,能有效减少板材释放苯系物的种类和浓度,且污染指数更低,漆膜性能更佳,可为工业生产环保PU漆提供参考。
To study the influence of diluent types on the properties of paint film and the benzene series releasing from PU-painted particleboard,two kinds of solvents(Ethyl acetate,industrial mixed solvent)were chosen as PU lacquer thinners.Taking PU-lacquered particleboard as the research object,a small environmental cabin was used to simulate the indoor environment,and the benzene series releasing from lacquered board were detected by GC-MS.According to the pollution index evaluation model,the indoor air quality under two coating conditions was evaluated,and the performance of paint film was tested to explore the influence of diluent type on paint film properties.The results showed that:under the condition of using particleboard furniture alone,14 benzene series were detected from PU-M with a total concentration of 257.55μg/m 3,and the pollution index of VOCs and benzene series exceeded the standard.10 benzene series were detected from PU-E with a total concentration of 130.4μg/m 3,the total pollution index exceeded the standard,and the adhesion of paint film and alkali resistance were better than PU-M.Therefore,choosing Ethyl acetate as diluent can effectively reduce the type and concentration of benzene series releasing from the plate,with lower pollution index and better paint film performance,which can provide guidance for industrial production of environment-friendly PU paint.
