海洋资源空间异质性测度及其与海洋经济发展的关系被引量：8

摘要基于海洋资源空间异质性的内涵,从海洋资源数量、质量、结构、区位4个维度构建海洋资源空间异质性评价指标体系,采用模糊物元评价方法对2015年中国沿海11个省份(不包括港澳台)的海洋资源空间异质性进行综合测度;在此基础上,运用灰色关联模型分析了我国海洋资源空间异质性与海洋经济发展的关联关系。结果表明:(1)中国沿海11个省份海洋资源空间异质性指数区间为[0.299 3,0.583 8],其中广东、浙江、山东、福建、辽宁为高异质区;上海、江苏、海南、广西为一般异质区;河北、天津为低异质区。(2)2015年海洋资源空间异质性与海洋经济发展的关系以中等关联为主,较强关联次之。 Based on the connotation of the spatial heterogeneity of marine resources,the paper establishes an assessment indicator system for the spatial heterogeneity of marine resources from four dimensions： quantity,quality,structure,and location. The article measures the spatial heterogeneity of marine resources of 11 Chinese coastal provinces and municipalities（ excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan） in 2015 by a fuzzy matter-element evaluation method. On this basis,a grey correlation model is used to analyze the relationship between the spatial heterogeneity of marine resources and the development of the marine economy in China. The results showed that：（1） The interval of spatial heterogeneity of the marine resources indicator in 11 Chinese coastal provinces ranges from0. 299 3 to 0. 583 8. Among them,Guangdong,Zhejiang,Shandong,Fujian,and Liaoning belong to a high-altitude heterogeneous area,while Shanghai,Jiangsu,Hainan,and Guangxi belong to a common heterogeneous area,and Hebei and Tianjin belong to a low-heterogeneous area.（2） The relationship between spatial heterogeneity of marine resources and marine economic development in 2015 was dominated by middle-level relation classes,followed by strong-level relation classes.
