医学检验教学改革中病例教学法的运用分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨医学检验教学改革中病例教学法的运用。方法纳入2016年6月—2017年5月90名医学检验教学学生为研究对象。传统模式组采用传统的护理教学方法,病例教学组采用病例教学法。比较两组医学检验教学满意度;教师对学生基础知识、临床检验能力、文献检索与阅读能力、思维创新能力的考核评分;学生对教学模式目标明确、知识掌握度提高、教学内容设计合理、学习互动增强、学习兴趣提高、临床思维和解决问题能力提高的认可。结果病例教学组医学检验教学满意度高于传统模式组(P<0.05);病例教学组教师对学生基础知识、临床检验能力、文献检索与阅读能力、思维创新能力的考核评分高于传统模式组(P<0.05);病例教学组学生对教学模式目标明确、知识掌握度提高、教学内容设计合理、学习互动增强、学习兴趣提高、临床思维和解决问题能力提高的认可度高于传统模式组(P<0.05)。结论医学检验教学改革中病例教学法的运用效果确切,可提升学生的满意度,提高学生对医学检验理论和技能的掌握度和临床创新能力,是一种值得推广和应用的教学模式。 Objective This paper tries to explore the application of case teaching method in medical examination teaching reform. Methods 90 medical examination teaching students from June 2016 to May 2017. The traditional model group adopted the traditional nursing teaching method, and the case teaching group adopted the case teaching method. Comparing the two groups of medical examination teaching satisfaction; teachers' assessment of students' basic knowledge, clinical testing ability, literature retrieval and reading ability, and thinking innovation ability; student's clear goal of teaching mode, improvement of knowledge mastery, rational design of teaching content, and learning recognition of interaction enhancement,learning interest, clinical thinking, and ability of solving problems. Results The satisfaction rate of medical teaching in the case teaching group was higher than that of the traditional model group(P〈0.05); the scores of the students in the case teaching group on students' basic knowledge, clinical testing ability, literature retrieval and reading ability, and thinking innovation ability were higher than those in the traditional model group(P〈0.05); Case teaching students had higher recognition of the teaching model with clear objectives, improved knowledge mastery, reasonable teaching content design,enhanced learning interaction, increased interest in learning, and improved clinical thinking and problem-solving abilities higher than the traditional model group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of case teaching method in the reform of medical test teaching is exact. It can improve students' satisfaction, improve students' mastery of medical test theories and skills and clinical innovation ability. It is a teaching model worthy of promotion and application.
