摘要
                
                    激光诱导击穿光谱(Laser-induced Breakdown Spectroscopy,简称LIBS)技术基于原子发射光谱学,是一种分析物质组分的技术.各种新型尖端光学器件发展迅速,研究前景广阔,激发着广大科研人员对LIBS进行更深入的研究.近年来新兴的几种LIBS探测新技术,例如双脉冲、飞秒激光以及在它的基础之上又出现了飞秒成丝、时间分辨和偏振分辨等激光诱导击穿光谱技术,这是一个技术不断完善发展的过程,不仅光谱信号得到优化,探测的准确度和灵敏度也随之提高,可以用于研究前沿科学、进行环境监测和治理、也可应用于临床诊断、工业生产和质检等.
                
                Summary: Laser-induced Breakdown Spectroscopy is a Material Analysis skill that based upon Atomic Emission Spectrometry. Referred to LIBS. Various new state-of-the-art optics have developed rapidly,the research prospects are broad,have stimulated the majority of scientists on LIBS for more in-depth study. New technology of LIBS Spectrum Detection appeared,such as Double Pulse Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy,Femtosecond Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy,As well as on its basis,Femtosecond Silk Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy and Polarization-Resolved Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy appeared,This is a process of continuous improvement of the development of technology. So that the spectral signal of LIBS is optimized,The accuracy of the detection are improved,Can be applied to medical,environmental,scientific research and production and many other areas.
