摘要
目的探讨优化门诊流程对减少患者等候时间的作用。方法分析2016年未优化门诊流程的现状,并与2017年今实施门诊流程优化后的现状比较,观察前后门诊流程中挂号、诊断、交费、取药所使用的时间,并采用统计学软件进行检验。结果在流程优化之前,患者挂号、交费、取药使用的时间分别为(182±25)、(152±31)、(203±35)s,在优化流程之后,使用时间分别为(132±11)、(92±27)、(101±16)s,即实施优化之后使用时间明显降低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊流程的优化可有效缩短患者在挂号和交费以及取药时所使用的时间,有助于门诊服务质量的提升。
Objective To study the effect of optimizing the outpatient process on reducing the waiting time of patients.Methods The status of no optimization of outpatient process in 2016 was analyzed, and compared with the status after the outpatient process optimization in 2017,and the registration, diagnosis, charging time in the outpatient course were observed,and the statistical software was used for test. Results Before optimizing the process, the registration, charging and drug withdrawing time were respectively(182±25),(152±31),(203±35)s, after optimizing the process, the indicators were respectively(132±11),(92±27),(101±16)s, and the use time after the optimization obviously decreased, and the differences were statitically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The optimization of outpatient process can effectively shorten the registration, charging and drug withdrawing time, which contributes to improving the outpatient service quality.
