摘要
本研究对比介绍了某眼科医院传统门诊流程以及基于"互联网+"的门诊新流程,指出了信息化建设主体应由医疗机构转向服务企业,医疗数据安全性要凸显,门诊管理思路需要调整与转变,新技术的普及和推广需要过程等流程管理要点。指出,基于"互联网+"的医院门诊流程可实现门诊诊疗流程的智能化、高效化、便利化目标。
The paper compared the traditional outpatient procedures in an Ophthalmology hospital and the new outpatient procedure based on“internet plus”model.The process management key points were provided which included the informatization construction body shifting from medical institutions to services,the prominent importance of medical data and safety,outpatient management ideas and modes need to be adjusted and changed,the popularization and promotion of new technologies requiring process.The"internet plus"based hospital outpatient process can achieve the goal of intelligent,efficient,and convenient outpatient treatment process.
