Study on cyclic loading performance of structural aluminium alloy materials

摘要 为了能精确描述铝合金结构构件在地震作用下的力学响应和耗能能力,基于结构用铝合金材料,进行多种加载制度下的试验研究,分析其单调性能、循环性能特点,并采用Osgood模型对循环骨架曲线进行拟合,获得三种铝合金材料的骨架曲线关键参数。基于Chaboche循环塑性本构模型,通过试验数据对模型相关参数进行标定,并应用于有限元分析,分析结果与试验结果吻合良好。利用Abaqus软件平台二次开发了能够应用于梁单元进行结构弹塑性分析的单轴双面模型(UTSMP),并对其正确性以及适用性进行验证。 In order to simulate the mechanical response and energy dissipation capacity of aluminium alloy structures and elements under earthquake action more accurately, a variety of loading tests were conducted on structural aluminium alloy, and the monotonic behavior and cyclic loading performance were investigated. Ramberg-Osgood model was used to fit the curve of cyclic loading, and then the key parameters of skeleton curves of three aluminium alloy materials were obtained. Based on the Chaboche plastic constitutive model, the material parameters of aluminium alloy constitutive model were calibrated according to experimental data and applied to finite element analysis, and the analysis results agreed well with the computational results. By using the user-defined material interface provided in Abaqus software, the Uniaxial Two-Surface Model Program (TSMP) was developed for analyzing the elastic-plastic process of beam elements. Eventually, the accuracy and applicability of UTSMP were verified by comparing analysis results of Abaqus with those of Chaboche model.
