摘要
根据舟桥装备发展及结构设计的要求,选择5种铝合金(6005、6061、6063、7005、7A05)通过静载拉伸试验法测定了材料的应力-应变曲线和若干重要力学性能参数,通过数据分析与处理,获取了目前国产铝合金的状态信息,并对国产铝合金应力-应变关系的数学模型进行了初步探讨。试验及分析结果表明:严格执行变形和热处理制度生产的T6态5种铝合金,其力学性能的稳定性较好,但处理工艺不当,可造成组织的不均匀性,并影响强化相的析出,从而使其性能降低;5种铝合金泊松比基本一致,而弹性模量则波动较大;T6状态下,铝合金板材的各项异性不明显;国产铝合金应力-应变关系在应力较大的非弹性阶段不符合Osgood方程。
Based on the need of development of pontoon bridge and designing of its structure, mechanical properties of five kinds of aluminum alloys (6063-T6, 6005-T6, 6061-T6, 7005-T6, 7A05-T6) are investigated by tensile experiments. By analyzing data, the status messages of homemade aluminum alloys at the present time are obtained. The results show that the mechanical properties of the above-mentioned aluminum alloys, which are manufactured by accurately controlling the rolling and heat treatment techniques, have better stability to some extent. But improper treatment procedures will affect the uniformity of microstructure and separation-out of strengthening phases, accordingly lead to lower properties. Poisson's ratios of aluminum alloys are consistent and independent of components and microstructure, but the elastic modulus fluctuate more greatly. The anisotropy of aluminum alloys' plates with T6 state is not obvious. The σ-ε relationships of testing aluminum alloys are not accordant to Osgood equation when stresses are higher and inelastic deformations occur.
