摘要
根据标准的规定,符合条件的压力容器壳体用钢板应逐张进行超声检测。但是标准中的规定并不具体,常造成压力容器制造、使用单位以及检验单位对剖口预定线两侧范围内是否需要进行超声波探伤产生分歧。通过列举相关规范、标准,结合压力容器壳体制造过程,阐述了剖口预定线两侧范围内超声探伤的必要性。
According to the standard regulations, the steel plates for pressure vessel shells that meet the requirements shall be ultrasonically tested one by one. However, the provisions in the standard were not specific, and often caused the pressure vessel manufacturing, the use unit, and the inspection unit to have different opinions on whether ultrasonic testing was required on both sides of the prearranged cutting line. By enumerating relevant specifications and standards, combined with the manufacturing process of the pressure vessel shell, the necessity of ultrasonic flaw detection on both sides of the prearranged cutting line was expounded.
