摘要 针对当前网络数据传输能耗监控方法,存在监控响应时间长、误差大、CPU使用率高等问题,提出基于异常检测的低功耗单跳网络数据传输能耗监控方法。通过物联网技术对网络中的数据传输能耗进行实时采集,采用数据预处理方法去除采集结果中的冗余数据,并对残缺数据进行填补。对完整可用的能耗数据利用加权平均数据融合技术进行融合处理并压缩,以减少数据传输量。针对可能的监控漏报情况,增加对异常能耗数据的判断与处理。对数据传输过程产生的异常能耗进行滑动窗口检验,结合近邻节点监测能耗值判定是网络数据传输错误或节点故障。实验结果表明,所提方法监控数据传输能耗响应时间短、监控准确度高,具有较低的资源开销。 This paper puts forward a method for monitoring energy consumption of data transmission in low - pow- er single - bop network based on anomaly detection. Through the Internet of Things technology, the energy consump- tion of data transmission was collected in real time. Then, data preprocessing method was used to remove the redun- dant data and fill the incomplete data. Moreover, the weighted average data fusion technology was used to integrate and compress the complete and available energy consumption data so as to reduce the amount of data transmission. For possible monitoring failure, we should increase the judgment and processing of abnormal energy consumption data. In addition, we performed the sliding window test on the abnormal energy consumption. Finally, we combined with the neighboring node to monitor power consumption value and thus to determine whether it was the network data transmission error or the node failure. Simulation results show that the proposed method has low energy consumption, short response time, and high monitoring accuracy. Meanwhile, it has low resource overhead.
