摘要
近年来负责任创新成为科技创新管理的热点话题,但是究竟如何落实负责任创新仍需在微观层面进一步探讨。本文从实验概念出发,以科学实践哲学为理论支撑,从实验角度讨论推动负责任创新的路径。研究首先剖析了传统实验面临的问题,提出构建面向真实社会的实验(以下简称"真实社会实验")的必要性,然后从实验的目标、过程和结果三个方面剖析了构建真实社会实验的方法,进而以美国AIDS运动为案例,阐释了真实社会实验的实践探索,最后,进一步比较了本文提出的真实社会实验与传统实验、社会实验等概念之间的区别。真实社会实验以实用性为目标,为科学更好地嵌入社会,实现负责任创新提供有益启发。
Responsible Research and Innovation（ RRI） has become a hot topic in innovation management,but how to implement RRI is still unsolved.This article discusses the path to promote responsible innovation. Firstly,the article analyzes the problems faced by traditional experiments,and proposes the necessity of experiments for real society,then analyzes the methods for applying experiments for real society. Next,taking the case of the AIDS movement in the US as an example to explain the practice of experiments for real society. Finally,the differences between the concepts of experiments for real society and traditional experiments and social experiments are compared. The experiments for real society aims at practical purpose,and provides useful inspiration for implement RRI.
