摘要 为了提升强背景噪声下的无人机侦察图像识别及目标特征提取能力,提出了一种基于随机共振的无人机侦察图像增强方法。该方法借助随机共振系统具有的利用噪声增强信号的独特性质,通过研究侦察图像信号、噪声和非线性随机共振系统三者之间的共振匹配关系,采用调节随机共振系统参数的方式,使得三者之间达到匹配状态产生随机共振现象,实现将有害噪声转变为增强侦察图像的有利因素。理论分析和系统仿真结果表明,该方法可以有效改善强背景噪声下的侦察图像识别性能,预计在无人机军事侦察、目标监视、毁伤效果评估等领域具有潜在的应用价值。 To improve the performances of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)reconnaissance image recognition and target characteristics extraction under strong background noise,a novel UAV reconnaissance image enhancement method based on stochastic resonance is proposed.For the unique property that using the noise to enhance useful signals of the stochastic resonance system,the stochastic matching relationship of the image signal,the noise and the non-linear stochastic resonance system is studied,and through tuning the parameters of stochastic resonance system,the matching status is gained and stochastic resonance phenomenon occurs among the three,which realizes to translate the harmful noise into a beneficial factor enhancing reconnaissance image.Theoretical analysis and system simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the reconnaissance image recognition performance under strong background noise,which may have potential application value in military reconnaissance,target monitoring and damage effect evaluation of UAV.
