摘要
筛选出一株均四甲苯降解菌(J4)并研究其对均四甲苯的降解特性。该菌在含有均四甲苯的培养基中能稳定生长,且比在不含均四甲苯的培养基中具有更长时间的稳定生长期。对不同发酵时间发酵液的分析表明,该菌能有效降解均四甲苯,可望将该菌用于含均四甲苯废水的处理中。分析其菌落形态、生理生化特性,将其鉴定为芽孢杆菌属。
A durene-degrading strain(J4) is screened out to study the degrading characteristics of durene.The strain can grow in the medium containing durene and experience a longer stationary phase of growth than that without durene. The analysis of durene in different time shows that J4 can degrade durene effectively so that it can be used for the disposition of waste water containing durene. Based on the morphological, phyxiological and biochemical characteristics, J4 can be identified as Bacillus Cohn.
