同型半胱氨酸水平与冠脉动脉病变严重程度相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与冠脉病变严重程度相关性。方法选取2015年8月至2017年8月我院诊治冠心病患者113例作为研究组,根据冠脉造影冠脉Gensini积分将分为低危组(Gensini积分≤30分)和高危组(Gensini积分>30分),选取同期我院体检中心体检非冠心病自愿者50名作为对照组,检测并比较三组Hcy水平,采用Pearson分析Hcy与冠脉病变程度相关性。结果三组研究者在性别构成比、年龄方面比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);高危组冠心病病程长于低危组,冠心病合并高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症例数高于低危组、对照组,低危组合并高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症例数高于对照组(P<0.05)。高危组、低危组、对照组Hcy水平依次降低,各组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson分析得出,Hcy水平与冠心病冠脉病变严重程度呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 Hcy水平与冠脉病变严重程度呈明显正相关性,检测Hcy水平对诊断并反映冠脉病变严重程度有重要作用。 Objective To investigate the relationship between homocysteine( Hcy) and the severity of coronary artery disease.Methods 113 case of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital during Aug.,2015 - Aug.,2017 were selected as studying object,divided into low-risk group( Gensini score≤30 points) and high-risk group( Gensini score 〉 30 points) according to coronary angiography coronary Gensini score,and 50 non-coronary heart disease volunteers at the same period in our hospital physical examination were selected as control group. The levels of Hcy in three groups were detected and compared. Pearson analysis was used to analyze the correlation between Hcy and severity of coronary artery disease. Results There was no significant difference in gender composition and age among the three groups( P 〉 0. 05). The duration of CHD in the high risk group was longer than that in the low risk group. The incidence of CHD with hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipidemia was higher in the three groups than in the low risk group,The case number in high risk group with high blood pressure,diabetes,hyperlipidemia were higher than those in the low risk and control group( P 〈 0. 05). The levels of Hcy in high-risk group,low-risk group and control group decreased in turn,with statistical significance( P 〈 0. 05). Pearson analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the level of Hcy and the severity of coronary artery disease( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The level of Hcy was positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease.Detecting the level of Hcy plays an important role in diagnosis and reflecting the severity of coronary artery disease.
