摘要
目的促进中药注射剂的临床合理用药。方法按照药物利用研究的基本方法,对医院2017年3月至4月(监控前)和2018年3月至4月(监控后)中药注射剂的用药品种、用药金额、用量、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计,对比分析医院中药注射剂实施监控前后的各项指标。结果与监控前相比,监控后各种中药注射液的用量、用药金额、DDDs都显著下降,监控成果值得肯定;舒肝宁注射液、肾康注射液、大株红景天注射液(5 m L)的DDC最高,均超过200元。结论医院中药注射剂的合理用药还需进一步加强,应加大与行政法规相结合的监管力度,促进临床合理用药,保障患者用药安全。
Objective To promote the clinical rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections. Methods According to the basic method of drug utilization research, the varieties, amount of drug use, dosage, DDDs and DDC of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital from March to April, 2017（ before monitoring） and from March to April, 2018（ after monitoring） were statistically analyzed,and the indicators before and after the implementation of monitoring of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with before monitoring, the dosage, amount of drug use and DDDs of all kinds of Chinese medicine injections decreased significantly after implementation of monitoring of rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections after monitoring, and the monitoring results were worthy of affirmation. The DDC of Shuganning Injection,Shenkang Injection and Sofren Injection（ 5 m L） was the most expensive, exceeding 200 Yuan. Conclusion The rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital should be further strengthened,supervision and administrative regulations can be combined to promote rational use of drugs,so as to ensure drug safety in patients.
