摘要
目的:调查深圳市公立医疗机构重点监控药品的使用情况,为完善重点监控药品管理的相关政策,促进合理用药提供依据。方法:对比全市63家二级及以上公立医疗机构实施重点监控药品政策前后的医疗收入、门诊和住院药品收入、药占比、重点监控药品使用金额,通过帕累托图分析法对我市部分药品实施重点监控前后数据进行分析,评价重点监控药品管控政策实施效果。结果:深圳市全市公立医疗机构药占比从实施前29.22%下降到实施后26.61%,重点监控药品采购总金额从44225.23万元下降到37825.18万元重点监控药品采购金额占比从5.52%下降到4.67%。结论:由卫生行政部门指导和督促医疗机构建立重点监控药品管控制度,通过实施综合监管措施,可实现对重点监控药品的有效监管。
Objective:To improve the relevant policies for key drug monitoring and to promote the rational use of drugs by investigating the use of key monitoring drugs in public medical institutions in Shenzhen.Methods:The implementation effect of the key monitoring drug control policies was evaluated by comparing the medical income,outpatient and inpatient drug income,drug proportion and key monitoring drug use amount before and after the implementation of key monitoring drug policies in 63 secondary and above public medical institutions in the city using Pareto chart analysis method.Results:After the implementation of the policies,the proportion of drugs in public medical institutions in Shenzhen dropped from 29.22%to 26.61%.The total amount of key monitoring drugs decreased from 442.5523 million yuan to 378.518 million yuan,and the proportion of key monitoring drug purchases dropped from 5.52%to4.67%.Conclusion:The effective monitoring of key monitoring drugs can be achieved through the establishment of key monitoring and control of drugs by medical institutions,which is guided and urged by the health administrative department.
