摘要
系统地研究了西门子802D系统数控机床主轴变频调速控制方式,介绍了主轴PLC控制编程内容为通过编制PLC程序将加工程序中的M03/M04及M05指令代码转换为变频器的起停、正反转等控制信号的方法。以西门子主轴控制子程序为基础,介绍了相关控制接口信号。通过研究主轴控制子程序,以CK6140数控车床主轴控制为例,编制了主轴使能与停止、正反转控制、制动控制及控制信号输出和报警PLC程序。最后,经过系统参数设置、程序调试,验证了主轴控制程序的正确性。
The spindle control mode of variable frequency speed of CNC machine tools with SIEMENS 802 D system is studied systematically. The method of PLC control programming of spindle is introduced to convert the M03/M04 and M05 instruction code of the processing program into the start and stop,forward and reverse control signals of the frequency converter by compiling the PLC program. Based on the SIEMENS spindle control subroutine,the related control interface signals are also introduced. By studying the spindle control subroutine,and taking the spindle control of CK6140 CNC lathe as an example,the PLC program has been programmed for the spindle enable and stop,forward and reverse control,brake control and control signal output and alarm. Finally,the correctness of the spindle control program is verified through system parameter setting and program debugging.
