应用于高温环境金属3D打印的三维测量系统

摘要 本文对金属3D打印过程中的三维测量提出了一种新的方法。针对金属3D打印过程中由于金属粉末在高能激光高温灼烧下产生膨胀,冷却后出现一定程度的形变,导致打印完成后工件不符合要求等问题提出了解决方案。本文所使用的三维测量方法基于机器视觉领域的线结构光测量方法,并采用三维重建技术,能准确重构金属3D打印工件的三维轮廓,以满足此类金属打印设备对于准确性的要求。 This paper presents a new method for 3D measurement in metal 3D printing. For metal 3D printing process, metal powders expand due to high-energy laser high-temperature laser ignition, shrink after cooling to a certain extent, resulting in the workpiece does not meet the requirements after printing, and other solutions are proposed. The three-dimensional measurement method used in this paper is based on the line structure light measurement method in the field of machine vision, and adopts three-dimensional reconstruction technology, which can accurately reconstruct the three-dimensional contour of a metal 3D printed workpiece. It can meet the accuracy requirements of such metal printing equipment.
