摘要
激光三角位移传感器,特别是激光与镜头光轴夹角较小时,分辨率通常不均匀,针对常见的激光三角位移传感器结构,从物像位移关系、像中心定位算法、光斑和像的大小与分布等各个方面因素进行分析,分别得出它们对分辨率的影响趋势是不同的。根据这一特点,综合考虑各个因素,优化光斑参数,使各个因素对分辨率影响相互抵消,以取得较均匀的分辨率。经过实验验证,该方法可以取得较为均匀的分辨率。
The non-uniformity of resolution is a common problem in the application of laser triangulation displacement sensors, especially when sensors works with a small angle between laser and lens axis. Several factors which may lead to non-uniformity of resolution, such as the relation between the displacements of object and image, algorithm, size of spot and image, was discussed in this paper.
