低低温电除尘器的中试性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于50000 m3/h实际烟气中试试验系统,通过在线监测和手工实测相结合的方式,对电除尘器不同入口烟气温度时的电除尘性能进行评估。当电除尘器入口烟气温度降低,电除尘器出口烟尘浓度降低,除尘效率提升。在线数据显示,电除尘入口烟气温度为130℃、90℃、80℃时,电除尘器出口烟尘浓度分别为10.1 mg/m3、9.8mg/m3、6.7 mg/m3,除尘效率分别为99.84%、99.88%、99.88%。实测数据显示,电除尘器出口烟尘浓度分别为11.7 mg/m3、9.7 mg/m3、5.4 mg/m3,除尘效率分别为99.91%、99.89%、99.94%。 Based on the 50000 m3/h actual flue gas pilot test system, the ESP performance evaluation was done with different flue gas temperature of ESP inlet by the way of combining online monitoring and manual measurement. When the flue gas temperature of ESP inlet was reduced, PM mass concentration of ESP outlet was reduced, and the dust removal efficiency was promoted. Online data show that, when the flue gas temperature of ESP inlet were 130 ℃, 90 ℃and 80 ℃, PM mass concentration of ESP outlet were 10.1 mg/m3, 9.8 mg/m3 and 6.7 mg/m3, dust removal efficiency were 99.84%, 99.88% and 99.84% respectively. Manual measured data show that PM mass concentration of ESP outlet were 11.7 mg/m3, 9.7 mg/m3 and 5.4 mg/m3, the dust removal efficiency were 99.91%, 99.89% and 99.94% respectively.
