摘要
针对某四缸柴油机缸盖水套流场难以精确获取的问题,借助计算流体力学(CFD)手段计算得到了柴油机缸盖水套流场,搭建了柴油机流场可视化测试试验台。将柴油机缸盖加工成透明模型,借助PIV测试系统得到了柴油机缸盖水套流场分布情况,获取了不同入口流量条件下,CFD仿真和PIV试验测得的柴油机缸盖水套流场速度分布情况;对比分析了两种手段所得到的流线图和流速矢量图,比较了两种手段之间的偏差,并对偏差原因进行了分析。研究结果表明:两种手段所得到的结果具有较好的一致性,流场的分布情况大致相同;但是在结构狭窄区域,当Re数大于10 000时偏差较大。
Aiming at a four cylinder diesel engine,computational fluid dynamics( CFD) method was used to calculate the water jacket flow field of diesel engine cylinder head. A visualization test rig for the flow field of a diesel engine was set up. A diesel engine cylinder was processed into a transparent model. The flow field distribution of the water jacket of the diesel engine cylinder head was obtained by the PIV test system. The velocity distribution of the flow field of a diesel engine cylinder head water jacket under different inlet flow conditions was obtained. The streamline and velocity vector graphs obtained by the two methods were compared and analyzed. The deviation between the two means was compared and the cause of the deviation was analyzed. The results indicate that the change trends of the flow field obtained by the two methods are in good agreement,but in the narrow area,when the number of Re is greater than 10 000,the deviation is large.
