摘要 为了评估某新机型气缸盖的热负荷水平和安全性,以某V8高功率密度柴油机为研究对象,进行单侧气缸盖和水套的流固耦合分析以及单侧气缸盖热机耦合应力分析,其中应力分析考虑到各缸爆发的不平衡性.发现在4个缸火力面上最高温度和最大热应力分别出现在第3缸火力面排气门鼻梁区和进气门鼻梁区.在分析结果基础上进行水套改进,根据上水孔的位置和作用提出一套优化思路,最终得到优化效果明显的方案并与原方案进行比较.结果表明,优化方案火力面最高温度降低6.2K,火力面最高等效应力降低了21.4 MPa,可以为柴油机气缸盖的设计优化提供一定参考. To evaluate the thermal load level and security of a newly designed cylinder head,with a V8,high power density diesel engine as the research object,the fluid-structure coupling simulation of the cylinder head and water jacket on one single side was calculated and the thermal-mechanical coupling stress analysis of the same cylinder head was performed considering the imbalance of each cylinder explosion.It was found that the highest temperature and the maximum thermal stress on these four flame decks respectively appears on the exhaust bridge zone and the intake bridge zone of the 3rd flame deck.Based on the analysis on the results,water jacket improvements were made.According to the position and the number of the holes,a set of optimization ideas were put forward,eventually the optimized scheme of obvious effects was got and compared with the original scheme.Results show that on the flame deck of the optimized scheme the highest temperature reduced 6.2 K,the maximum equivalent stress reduced 21.4MPa,which can provide certain references for design optimization of diesel engine cylinder head.
