摘要
目的:探讨和辉胶囊的降血脂作用。方法:采用高脂饲料诱发SD大鼠高血脂症模型,受试药分3个剂量组,分别预防性给予和辉胶囊0.96g·kg^(-1)·bw、0.48g·kg^(-1)·bw、0.24g·kg^(-1)·bw,另设1个高脂模型对照组,灌胃给药,连续30d。检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量的变化。结果:高剂量和辉胶囊显著降低高血脂症模型SD大鼠血清TC(P<0.05);各剂量均显著降低TG(P<0.05),但升高HDL-C无显著性差异。结论:和辉胶囊具有降低总胆固醇和甘油三酯的作用。
Objective：Explore the Hehui capsule fall hematic fat action.Methods： Use the highfat feed SD rats to make hyperlipidemia model. The reagent sepreated three dose groups. werepreventive given Hehui capsule 0.96g·kg^-1·bw、0.48g·kg^-1.bw·0·24g·kg^-1.bw.and we settedup a high-fat model control group.gavage administration 30 days.Test concentration about the TC、TG、HDL-C.Results：High dose hehui capsule significantly reduce hyperlipidemia model of SD rats serumTC（P〈0.05）.all doses were significantly lower TG（P〈0.05）.but higher HDL-C there was no signifi￣cant difference.Conclusion：Hehui capsule have the function of the lower total cholesterol and triglyceride.
