瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的疗效分析被引量：9

摘要目的探讨国产瑞舒伐他汀与原研瑞舒伐他汀在冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者中的作用。方法选取我院冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例。其中观察组予以国产瑞舒伐他汀,对照组使用原研瑞舒伐他汀。观察两组患者血脂水平,心绞痛、再发心肌梗死及不良反应。结果观察组及对照组均能降低总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC),低密度脂蛋白(low densith lipoprotein c,LDL-C),甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG),能降低心绞痛及再发心肌梗死的发生率,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组不良反应无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论国产瑞舒伐伐他汀与原研瑞舒伐他汀在冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者中降血脂及心脏保护方面无显著差异,不良反应发生率相当。
