摘要
目的通过调查杭州市大学生用药知识和用药行为的现状,分析其用药误区及其影响因素,为开展大学生合理用药健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样法抽取杭州市3所本科大学的330名大学生进行问卷调查。运用Epi Data3.1软件进行问卷录入,SPSS19.0软件进行描述性分析、χ2检验、非参数秩和检验、二元logistic回归分析。结果仅6.5%的大学生能够完整阅读药品说明书;中、西药安全性问题回答的正确率为41.0%;72.0%的大学生存在不良服药行为;仅10.3%的大学生能够正确储存药品;89.8%的大学生对过期及变质药品的处理不合理。大学生的性别、专业、年级、户籍、每月生活费、药品说明书阅读情况及用药知识来源在不同程度上影响大学生的用药知识和用药行为(P<0.05)。结论大学生应加强自我管理,学校应联合医务人员、利用新媒体平台全方位开展健康教育活动,提高大学生合理用药水平。
Objective To investigate the status quo of medication knowledge and behavior among Hangzhou college students,analyze the main factors influencing irrational drug use,so as to obtain scientific knowledge for health education.Methods A total of 330 students from 3 colleges were stratified randomly selected and surveyed by a questionnaire.AdoptingEpi Data3.1 software to establish database,using SPSS19.0 software to process statistical description,χ2 test,nonpara metricrank sum test,binary logistic regression. Results Only 6.5% of students read drug directions completely;the accuracy of drugsafety between Chinese medicine and Western medicine was 41.0%;72.0% of students had improper dosing behavior;Only10.3% of students stored medicine correctly;89.8% of students handled expired or deteriorated drugs irrationally.Students′medication knowledge and behavior were influenced in varying degrees by their gender,major,grade,household,monthly livingexpense,the status of reading drug directions and the source of medication knowledge（P0.05）. Conclusion In order to im-prove rational drug use of college students,students should strengthen self management;colleges and medical workers should combine together,making fully use of new media platforms to carry out health education.
