摘要
目的了解广州市居民安全用药知识现状，分析影响居民安全用药知识的因素，为今后政府有针对性制定安全用药促进计划提供科学依据。方法采用多级抽样方法抽取广州市越秀区15岁以上常住居民进行问卷调查，采用X^2检验和Logistic模型进行统计分析。结果广州市越秀区居民安全用药知识知晓率为55．5％。高中、大专及以上文化程度的居民安全用药知晓率比小学及以下文化程度的居民高（OR=1．980／2．727）。事业单位工作人员的安全用药知识知晓率比工人高（OR=2．128）。月收入5000～9999元的居民安全用药知晓率比月收入低于1999元的高（OR=1．563）。结论政府应针对低文化程度、工人、低收入人群制定安全用药促进计划，以提高广州市居民安全用药知识水平。
Objective To understand the status of health literacy on safe drug use and its influencing factors a-mong residents in Guangzhou City, and provide scientific basis for government to develop safe drug use plan. Methods A questionnaire investigation was conducted among residents aged above 15 years old in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City, and statistical analysis was made by X2 test and logistic model. Results The average awareness rate of safe medication among the residents in Yuexiu District was 55.5%. The awareness rates among residents with education levels of senior middle school, junior college or above were higher than that of residents with education levels of primary school or below （ OR = 1. 980/2. 727）. The awareness rate among the staffs in institutions was higher than that of workers （OR = 2. 128 ）. The awareness rate among residents with 5000 - 9999 RMB monthly income was lower than those with monthly income less than 1999 RMB （ OR = 1. 563）. Conclusion The government should make an improved plan of safe medication among residents with lower education levels, workers or low-income population in order to strengthen public knowledge of safe medication.
