摘要
完善城乡居民基本医保制度,是新时代的新矛盾提出的新要求,也是这项制度的发展由不充分不平衡不断接近和走向充分、平衡,实现医保大业高质量发展的必然要求。要以人民最关心最直接最现实的利益问题为切入点,坚持问题导向和目标导向相统一的原则,把问题和短板作为完善的发力点,把建设更加公平更可持续、更加成熟更加定型的"四更"医保作为完善的目标,不断满足人民在医疗保障方面对美好生活的需要。
Improving the basic medical insurance system of urban and rural residents is a new requirement for new contradictions in the new era. It is also the necessary requirement for the development of the system to achieve the high quality development of medical insurance.Taking the interests of the people as the breakthrough point, we should aim at building a more equitable, more sustainable, more mature and more stereotyped medical insurance system, and constantly meet the needs of the people in medical security.
