摘要
目的规范检验项目采血费用,减少检验单、减少打印次数并节约纸张,优化门诊检验流程。方法分析检验项目合管规则及现有流程,在LIS系统中实现检验采血项目合管接口,对门诊医嘱系统进行改造。结果在门诊医嘱系统中实现了检验项目自动合管及检验项目采血费的自动生成。结论提升了医生工作效率,减少了打印、节约了纸张,节约了患者时间,减轻了标本核收工作人员工作量。
Objective To standardize the cost of blood collection for the inspection project, reduce the inspection list, reduce the printing times and save the paper, optimize the outpatient inspection process. Methods Through analysis of the inspection project joint management rules and the existing process, the inspection and blood collection project joint management interface was realized in the LIS system. Then the outpatient doctor’s order system was reformed. Results In the outpatient order system, the automatic combination of inspection items and the automatic generation of blood collection fee were realized. Conclusion The realization of this system improves the working effciency of doctors, reduces the printing times, saves the paper, saves the patient’s time, and reduces the workload of the staff of specimen collection.
