摘要
目的探讨检验信息系统(LIS)在临床检验中的应用。方法根据医院特点,改造原有操作软件,开发新的检验信息系统。结果新的系统支持条形码技术,增加了样本核收、危急值预警、微生物药敏报告、结果自动审核功能,调整计费方式,更改了操作流程。结论优化后的LIS流程合理,操作简捷,大大提高了检验科的工作效率,更加快速准确地为临床及患者提供检验信息。
Objective To probe into the application of the optimized laboratory information system in the clinical laboratory work. Methods To reconstitute the previous software and develop new laboratory information system according to the requirement of our hospital. Results Bar code technique is feasible in the new system and new functions, including sample checking and collecting, critical value early warning, bacteria medicine sensitive reporting, result automatic examining and verifying, they are significant additions to the new LIS. In the new laboratory information system, the price mode is adjusted and the operation flow is improved. Conclusion The optimized laboratory information system with the convenient and reasonable operations can enhance the work efficiency of the laboratory department in a great degree and provide the patients and clinical doctors with more quick and exact information.
