摘要
玛咖对气候的要求比较严格,适宜生长的年平均气温为5~10℃。近年来的研究表明,玛咖具有提高生育力、改善性功能、调节内分泌、增强免疫力等功效。2013—2015年玛咖的价格及栽培面积达到顶峰,随着玛咖过度炒作,夸大其功效,严重欺诈、误导消费者,导致玛咖产业走向低谷,濒临破产。本文对近年来玛咖药用功效、玛咖栽培现状等方面进行综述,分析玛咖产业滑坡原因,并对玛咖产业今后的发展提出建议。
Maca is more stringent on the climate,the optimal annual average temperature of Maca′s growth is about 5-10 ℃.In recent years,studies have shown that Maca has the functions of improving fertility,improving sexual function,regulating endocrine and enhancing immunity.The price and cultivation area of Maca have peaked from 2013 to 2015.With the excessive speculation and exaggerating the effectiveness of Maca,serious cheating and misleading consumers have led to Maca industry to a downturn and bankruptcy.In this paper,the medicinal efficacy and the cultivation status of Maca in recent years were reviewed,the causes of the landslide in Maca industry were analyzed,and suggestions on the future development of Maca industry were put forward.
