DOPS在康复治疗学实习生操作考核中的应用与评价 被引量:12

摘要 目的通过对DOPS在康复治疗学实习教学中应用的研究,发现有效的考核与反馈方法,从而改善教学方法,提高教学质量。方法以海南医学院2013级和2014级康复治疗学专业54名实习生作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组分别于实习的第1周、第2周、第3周末分别进行1次DOPS评估考核,对照组只在第3周末进行1次DOPS评估考核。结果实验组第3周末DOPS考核平均成绩高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);教师对实验组第3周末DOPS考核结果的满意度高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组实习生对第3周末DOPS考核结果的满意度高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DOPS作为有效的形成性评价工具,值得在康复治疗学临床教学中进行推广。 ]Objective To explore the application of DOPS in the practice teaching of rehabilitation therapies and find effective assessment and feedback methods to improve the teaching methods and the teaching quality. Methods There are 54 full-time undergraduate students in the class 2013 and 2014 of rehabilitation therapies of Hainan Medical University. They were divided into the practice group or the control group. The experimental group performed one DOPS assessments on the first week, the second week and the third weekend of the internship. The control group performed only once DOPS assessment on the third weekend. Compared the two students' mastery of rehabilitation-related content. Results The average score of the third weekend DOPS examination in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The teachers' satisfaction with the experimental group's in the third weekend DOPS result was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group with the third weekend DOPS result was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion DOPS is as an effective formative evaluation tool, it is worth promoting in clinical teaching of rehabilitation therapeutics.
