摘要
目的:探讨Mini-CEX及DOPS在儿科实习生培养与考核中的应用及价值;结果:实验组临床诊断、沟通技能、人文关怀、组织效能与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组操作前准备、无菌操作、操作规范、寻求帮助、操作后处理、沟通技巧、爱伤观念、整体表现与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在儿科临床实习中联合Mini-CEX及DOPS进行培养与考核是可行的,可提高教学质量和教学满意度,达到提高医学生临床能力的目的。
Objective:To explore the application of Mini-CEX and DOPS in the training and examination of pediatric interns;Results:There were significant differences in clinical diagnosis,communication ability,humanistic care,organization ability,preparation before operation and aseptic operation between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is feasible to combine Mini-CEX and DOPS for training and examination in pediatric clinical practice,which can improve teaching quality and teaching satisfaction.
