摘要
目的探究补肾方药治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床治疗效果。方法将2015年6月—2017年1月在该院接受诊治的68例排卵障碍性不孕症患者作为研究对象,将其随机分配到两组,补肾治疗组和常规治疗组各34例患者,补肾治疗组采用补肾方药进行治疗,常规治疗组患者则采用常规的西药治疗,治疗结束后对两组患者的恢复排卵情况、妊娠情况以及患者治疗前后的激素水平情况进行检查。结果补肾治疗组患者的恢复排卵率和妊娠率分别为55.88%(19/34)和67.65%(23/34),常规治疗组患者的恢复排卵率和妊娠率分别为61.74%(21/34)和29.41%(10/34),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.96,7.52,P<0.05)。在治疗前后的激素水平方面,补肾治疗组患者的LH(9.77±2.33)IU/L、LH/FSH(1.11±1.02)、T(1.04±1.02)nmol/L、PRL(0.96±1.23)nmol/L和INS(96.87±77.24)nmol/L值的降低情况和FSH(8.79±1.69)IU/L、E2(198.34±97.22)ng/L的提高情况优于常规治疗组患者。两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用补肾方药对排卵障碍性不孕症进行治疗,治疗效果明显,有效提高了患者的妊娠率,患者各项激素水平得到了更为明显的改善,值得推广。
Objective To study the curative effect of bushen wenyang huoxue fang in treatment of ovulatory infertility.Methods 68 cases of patients with ovulatory infertility admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to January2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each, the bushen therapy group were treated with bushen fang, while the routine therapy used the routine western medicine therapy, and the ovulatory recovery,pregnant and hormone level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups at the end of the treatment. Results The ovulatory recovery rate and pregnant rate in the bushen therapy group were respectively [55.88%（19/34）, 67.65%（23/34） vs 61.74%（21/34）, 29.41%（10/34）] in the routine therapy group and the differences were statistically significant（χ^2=4.96,7.52,P〈0.05）, and in terms of the hormone level before and after treatment, the decrease situation of LH（9.77±2.33）IU/L, LH/FSH（1.11±1.02）,T（1.04±1.02）nmol/L, PRL（0.96±1.23）nmol/L, INS（96.87±77.24）nmol/L and improvement situation of FSH（ 8.79±1.69）IU/L, E2（198.34±97.22）ng/L were better than those in the routine therapy group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of bushen wenyang huoxue fang in treatment of ovulatory infertility is obvious, which can effectively improve the pregnant rate, and obviously improve various hormone levels, and it is worth promotion.
