摘要
高强高导铜合金具有优良的综合性能,在众多领域有着广泛应用。概述了高强高导铜合金的常用强化方法,分析了各种方法对铜合金性能的影响。介绍了高强高导铜合金的研究热点,包括稀土对高强高导铜合金性能的影响、剧烈塑性变形法、快速凝固技术、纳米孪晶强化。对高强高导铜合金的发展趋势作出了展望。
High strength and high conductivity copper alloy had excellent comprehensive performance and were widely used in many fields.The strengthening methods of high strength and high conductivity copper alloys were reviewed.The effects of various methods on the performance of copper alloys were analyzed.The research hotspots of high strength and high conductivity copper alloys were introduced,these include the effect of rare earth on the properties of high strength and high conductivity copper alloys,severe plastic deformation method,rapid solidification technology,and nano-twin strengthening.The development trend of high strength and high conductivity copper alloy was prospected.
