摘要
目的:探讨缺血性进展性脑卒中的影像学特点及与脑动脉狭窄的关系。方法:收集120例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为进展性组和非进展性组各60例,对比两组患者影像学的特点和支循环分级评分、梗死情况及脑动脉狭窄情况。结果:进展性组的支循环分级评分明显高于非进展性组(P<0.05);进展性组患者基底节区梗死、脑干梗死发生率和分水岭梗死发生率明显高于非进展性组患者(P<0.05);进展性组患者的脑动脉狭窄发生率、大动脉中重度狭窄或闭塞发生率以及溃疡性斑块发生率明显多于非进展性组患者(P<0.05)。结论:进展性缺血性卒中的发生与脑动脉狭窄有关,对其进行早期的影像学检查可以在一定程度上控制该病的发生。
Objective： To study the imaging features of ischemic progressive stroke and its relationship with cerebral artery stenosis. Methods： 120 cases of acute ischemic stroke treated from April 2015 to April 2017 were divided into the progressive group and nonprogressive group（n=60）. The imaging results, branch grade grading, infarct size and cerebral artery stenosis in two groups were compared. Results： The support cycle grading in the progressive group was significantly higher than the non-progressive group, and the difference was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）; the progress of patients with the infarction in basal ganglia, brainstem infarction incidence and watershed infarction incidence in the progressive group was significantly higher than the non-progressive group, and the difference was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）; The incidence of cerebral arterial stenosis, the incidence of moderate or severe stenosis or occlusion, and the rate of ulcerative plaques in the progressive group were significantly higher than the non-progressive group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The progress of ischemic stroke was related to the cerebral artery stenosis, and early imaging examination could be used to control the disease.
