摘要
目的调查新疆地区溃疡性结肠炎患者疾病现状及影响因素。方法采用克罗恩病与溃疡性结肠炎知识问卷对216例溃疡性结肠炎患者进行调查。结果新疆地区溃疡性结肠炎患者疾病知识问卷评分为(8.27±3.12)分。影响疾病知识问卷评分的因素根据其作用大小依次为病程、住院次数、文化程度和民族。结论新疆地区溃疡性结肠炎患者疾病认知水平整体偏低,护理人员应加强溃疡性结肠炎患者疾病知识健康教育,同时应针对不同民族及个体,选择差异化的健康教育内容及方式,以提高溃疡性结肠炎患者的自我管理能力。
Objective To investigate the disease cognitive status and influencing factors of patients with ulcerative colitis（ UC） in Xinjiang Autonomous Region. Methods A total of 216 UC patients were investigated with the Crohn ＇ s and Colitis Knowledge Score（ CCKNOW）.Results The CCKNOW score of UC patients was（ 8.27±3.12）.The influencing factors were course of disease,times of hospitalization,educational background and minority successively.Conclusion The disease cognitive level of Xinjiang UC patients are relatively low.Nurses should select individualized health education contents and methods,so as to improve their self-management ability.
