摘要
结果评估侧重于研究对象在社工介入后发生的改变。老年社工服务项目的结果评估对于切实解决老年服务对象面临的困难、发挥社会工作介入老年服务的独特优势都具有积极意义。论文以某社工机构开展的社区长者服务项目为例,具体研究了老年社工服务项目评估结果的设计、实施、结果分析和总结等步骤及相关方法技巧。
Result evaluation focused on the changes that occurred after social workers intervene. The result evaluation of the elderly social service projects are of positive significance for the practical solutions to the difficulties faced by the elderly and the unique advantages of social work intervention in the elderly service.Taking the community elderly service project carried out by a social work institution as an example, this paper specifically studies the design, implementation, result analysis and summary of the result evaluation of the elderly social worker service project, as well as the related methods and techniques.
