摘要
叙事医学是近年来文学与医学结合后的衍生领域,这种模式的教学可以从心理上让医学生转变医患视角和看法,更容易加强医患之间的沟通,减少医患矛盾的出现,将叙事医学引入医学院高年级医学生教学中,制定叙事医学教学方案,探讨对高年级医学生的职业情感培养效果,进而探讨医学教育的未来发展方向。
Narrative medicine is a derivative field after the combination of literature and medicine in recent years. This mode of teaching can make medical students change the doctor-patient perspective and views from the psychological, and it is easier to strengthen the communication between doctors and patients, and reduce the emergence of the contradiction between doctors and patients, which is a introduction of narrative medicine into the senior medical students teaching, and the establish of narrative medicine teaching program will explore the effect of vocational emotion training for senior medical students, and then the future development direction of medical education will be discussed.
