摘要
从中国式新医改面临窘境的根结所在,即"人文与道德观的缺失"入手,论述了和谐的医患关系需要既加强患者的医学人文教育,又要提升医生的人为关怀,从而形成医患双方的道德共同体;并对晚近形成的叙事医学做了详尽的论述,提出叙事医学与循证医学不可偏废,共同促进医学与人文发展,这也是解决医改难题的关键所在。
The new medical care reform in China now faces tough chanllenges,and it is believed renewed emphasis on and respect for medical hunmanities and morality could make a breakthrough. In this study,the authors argue for patient and doctor to develop a harmonious relationship and form a moral community,the paitens need to receive education in medical humanities and the doctors need to learn the art of healing. Besides,the concept of narrative medicine is introduced and elaborated. It is proposed narrative-based medicine and evidence-based medicine should be developed shoulder-by-shoulder,while keeping a balance between the promotion of medical humanities and advancements in medical science.This could help solve the dilima of the current medical reform in China.
