摘要
对采用轻基质培育和裸根培育等两种育苗方式的杉木苗木生长量、生物量、根系形态和出圃率等进行对比的研究结果表明:培育1年时两种苗木除总鲜重外,其他各项生长指标均存在显著差异。轻基质容器苗的苗高、地径、根鲜重、总鲜重、侧根数、高径比、根冠比和出圃率分别为35.51 cm、4.98 mm、6.54 g、30.30 g、32.48条、7.20、0.31和96.80%,裸根苗苗高、地径、根鲜重、总鲜重、侧根数、高径比、根冠比和出圃率分别是38.01 cm、5.26 mm、5.33 g、31.35 g、27.59条、7.37、0.20和86.69%,表明轻基质容器苗根鲜重、侧根数、根冠比和出圃率显著高于裸根苗,轻基质容器苗有53.33%的苗木根冠比处于0.3~0.5区间内,裸根苗仅有5.00%;处于侧根数30~50条区间内的苗木,轻基质容器苗比裸根苗在分布均匀程度上高出28.34%。
The growth, biomass, root morphology and qualified seedling percentage of Cunninghamialanceolata seedling with light media container cultivation and bare-rooted cultivation were studied toinvestigate the growth differences between 1-year-old container and bare-rooted seedlings of Cunninghamialanceolata. The results showed that in addition to total fresh weight, there were significant differences in othergrowth indexes between seedlings of two raising modes after one year of cultivation. The height, grounddiameter, root fresh weight, total fresh weight, lateral root number, height -diameter ratio, root-shoot ratioand the percentage of lifted cutting seedlings of light media containers were respectively 35.51 cm, 4.98 mm,6.54 g, 30.30 g, 32.48, 7.20, 0.31 and 96.80%. The height, ground diameter, root fresh weight, total freshweight, lateral root number, height -diameter ratio, root-shoot ratio and the percentage of lifted cuttingseedlings of bare-rooted seedlings were respectively 38.01 cm, 5.26 mm, 5.33 g, 31.35 g, 27.59, 7.37, 0.20and 86.69%. The results showed that the fresh root weight, lateral root number, root-shoot ratio and thepercentage of lifted cutting seedlings of light media containers were significantly higher than that ofbare-rooted seedlings. 53.33% of light media containers root-shoot ratio was in the range of 0.3 to 0.5, andthat of bare-rooted seedlings was only 5.00%. Seedlings in the range of 30 to 50 lateral root number, the lightmedia containers were 28.34 percentage points higher than the bare-rooted seedlings in terms of distributionuniformity.
