摘要
目的分析幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性胃溃疡应用胃复春联合三联疗法治疗的效果及对胃泌素、预后的影响。方法选择2015年5月—2017年5月收治的128例HP阳性胃溃疡,按治疗方案分为观察组和对照组,每组64例,对照组行三联疗法治疗,观察组在其基础上联合胃复春治疗,比较2组疗效、胃泌素水平及复发率。结果观察组治疗4周后总有效率高于对照组,胃泌素含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗4周的HP根除率高于对照组,1个月后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃复春联合三联疗法治疗HP阳性胃溃疡可有效修复溃疡创面,改善临床症状,根除HP,减少胃泌素含量,降低复发率,效果显著。
Objective To analyze Weifuchun combined with trigeminy therapy on effectiveness, gastrin level and prognosis of positive helicobacter pylori （Hp） patients with gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 128 positive helicobatter pylori patients with gastric ulcer admitted during May 2015 and May 2017 were divided into control group and observation group （ n = 64 for each group） according to different treatments. Control group underwent trigeminy therapy, while observation group received Weifuchun combined with trigeminy therapy on the basis of treatment in control group, and effectiveness, gastrin level, motilin content and recurrence rate were compared between two groups. Results After treatment for 4 weeks, in observation group the total effective rate was significantly higher, gastrin level was significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In observation group, HP eradication rate was significantly higher after treatment for 4 weeks, while relapse rate in 1 month after treatment was significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Weifuchun combined with trigeminy therapy in treatment of positive helicobacter pylori patients with gastric ulcer may effectively repair ulcer surface, improve clinical symptoms, eradicate helicobacter pylori, reduce gastrin content and recurrence rate.
