摘要
该文概述了连作障碍的危害、产生的原因、缓解措施。连作障碍主要原因是土壤有害微生物增加、土壤养分比例失调及植物的自毒作用;连作障碍的缓解措施包括土壤改良与消毒、优化种植方式、间作等;间作可以优化根际微生物种群结构与功能、改善土壤理化性质、影响根系分泌特性。并探究了间作缓解连作障碍的机制。
Effects of continuous cropping obstacles were reviewed,as well as the cause of the replant problem,mitigation measure for continuous cropping obstacles. Reasons causing the replant problem included soil microbial community imbalance,soil nutrient changes and allelopathic autotoxicity. These measures of alleviating the replant problem were as follows：soil improvement and disinfection,and optimizing of planting system,and intercropping. Further studies were the reasons of alleviating the replant problem,root exudates and ecological environment of rhizospheric soil were improved by intercropping. The intercropping mechanism was explored.
