摘要
目的:建立首乌益智胶囊的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用Thermo Syncronis C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,进样量10μL,柱温30℃,检测波长280nm,流速1.0mL/min。结果:建立了首乌益智胶囊的HPLC特征指纹图谱,确定了24个共有峰,指认了2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、丹酚酸B、大黄素、大黄素甲醚和丹参酮ⅡA五个特征峰。结论:建立的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法简单、重现性好,可为首乌益智胶囊的质量评价提供依据。
Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint analysis method of Shouwu Yizhi Capsule. Methods: Thermo Syncronis C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) was used. The gradient elution was carried out with acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid water as the mobile phase. The injection volume was 10μL, the column temperature was 30°C, the detection wavelength was 280 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results: HPLC fingerprints of Shouwu Yizhi Capsule were established, 24 common peaks were identified, and 2, 3, 5, 4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside was identified. There are five characteristic peaks of salvianolic acid B, emodin, emodin monomethyl ether, and tanshinone ⅡA. Conclusion: The established HPLC fingerprinting method is simple and reproducible. It can provide the basis for quality evaluation of Shouwu Yizhi Capsule.
