摘要
黄芪是一味具有益气作用的中药,具有补气固表,利尿托毒,排脓,敛疮生肌之功。近年来,国内外研究人员对黄芪有效成分和药理作用的研究不断深入,陆续发现多糖类、三萜皂苷类、黄酮类等多种化学成分,这些化学成分的药理活性研究也已开展并取得很大进展,现就黄芪主要活性成分药理作用的相关研究进展进行介绍。
Astragalus is one of the important ＂Qi tonifying＂ adaptogenic herbs from the Chinese material medica.Modern researches prove that the active constituents of Astragalus,including polysaccharides,astragalosides,flavonoids,have lots of pharmacological actions.This review is focused on recent studies reference to these constituents.
