基于数据挖掘的抽油机井节能分析系统的设计 被引量:5

摘要 石油是我国最重要的能源之一,然而油田既是产油大户,也是耗能大户。抽油机作为一种有效的人工举升方式,是最主要的机采设备。因此提高抽油机的系统效率对油田的节能降耗,原油增产和提高经济效率都有重要意义。提出了一种新型能耗节点分析方法,并设计了抽油机井能耗分析系统。该系统将抽油机井系统效率分为地面效率和井下效率,采用横向对比的方法,通过对数据的挖掘分析,利用统计规律筛分主要影响因素,确定对照系;然后,依据评价指标体系和确立的主要影响因素寻找到将要处理的目标井,并将各主要因素绘制曲线,明确治理方向。 Oil is one of the most important energy sources in our country.However,oil fields are not only big oil producers,but also energy intensive ones.As an effective artificial lifting method,pumping unit is the most important equipment.Therefore,improving the system efficiency of pumping units is important for energy saving,oil production and economic efficiency improvement.In this paper,a new method of energy consumption node analysis is proposed,and the energy consumption analysis system of pumping well is designed.The system efficiency is divided into ground efficiency and downhole efficiency.By the method of horizontal contrast,through the data mining and analysis,the main influencing factors were screened by statistical rules,and the control system was determined.Then,according to the evaluation index system and the main influencing factors,we find the key wells we are going to deal with,and draw the curve of each major factor,and clear the direction of governance.
